When it comes to tests or tourneys, as well as following the current format banlist at the time, the following decks are banned:
-To Be Discussed-



The Following Cards are Semi-Limited (No More Than 2 Per Deck):
-To Be Discussed-





The following cards are limited: (No More Than 1 Per Deck)
-To Be Discussed-

More than 7 cards from any archtype in the banlist will constitute as a banned deck
